Where Design Meets Purpose
The Wallpaper Project was born from a love of photography, texture, and immersive environments. Each mural-scale design begins with a high-resolution photograph—sometimes subtly enhanced, sometimes radically transformed—to uncover the surreal beauty hidden in both the microscopic and the monumental. From psychedelic abstractions to hyper-realistic, nature-inspired scenes, the collection spans both the imagined and the organic. Whether macro or micro, every piece invites you to slow down, look closer, and step into a world of stillness and wonder. And with 15% of profits allocated toward feeding children in underserved schools and summer camps, you can feel even better knowing that beautifying your space also helps nourishing others.

About
Founded by artist Nadia Block, The Wallpaper Project transforms original photography into immersive, mural-scale designs. Each piece begins behind the lens and evolves through digital manipulation—some fully abstract, others grounded in familiar forms—to evoke both movement and wonder while offering the viewer a place to land.
Committed to sustainability, The Wallpaper Project partners with eco-conscious production teams to minimize environmental impact. Every step—from materials to printing—is approached with care, creativity, and accountability.
And because beauty should do more than decorate, 15% of profits are donated to nourish children in underserved schools and summer camps across the country.
Adorn your walls. Nourish the world.

About the Founder: Nadia Block
Nadia Block (pronounced NAD-JA) is a New York-born artist based in Long Island whose creative journey spans jewelry, painting, photography, and digital art. With over 20 years as a graphic designer and art director, she brings a sharp eye for texture, composition, and visual storytelling.
After years painting pet portraits and landscapes, Nadia shifted her focus to photography in 2014, blending painterly editing with Adobe Lightroom techniques to create immersive, emotionally rich compositions. Her vibrant aerial imagery was featured in Rizzoli’s New York City on Instagram (2017), and she partnered with Adobe on a Mobile Lightroom Campaign. At the time, her work was frequently spotlighted across Instagram’s creative community.
In 2023, she began transforming her photographs into abstract digital artworks, giving rise to the bold and colorful Psychedelic Series. This evolution led to the launch of The Wallpaper Project in 2025—an immersive collection of large-scale, non-repeating mural designs that merge the surreal with the familiar.
Beyond the canvas, Nadia’s work is also a form of activism. Through partnerships with nonprofits like Nomi Network and Watts of Love, she has traveled from India to the Philippines, using her lens to document global stories of resilience, dignity, and change.
